Job Description:
- Perform rigging and slinging duties efficiently and safely in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Operate equipment and machinery for lifting and moving heavy loads.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures, including manual handling and working from heights.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Rigger/Slinger, with a strong background in stevedore operations.
- Ability to work from 06:00 or 07:00 each morning for approximately 10 hours per day.
- Willingness to work overtime as required, with enhanced opportunities after completing 40 hours within a week.
- Possession of safety passport training is desirable, but training can be provided.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
