Summary


Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a highly professional, efficient administrator to join our Governance Team within the Women & Children's Division.

You will be expected to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Women’s & Children’s Governance Team ensuring high quality and effective co-ordination of the Divisional Governance Structure.

The Women's and Children's Governance team works across both acute sites at the Ipswich and Colchester hospitals. You would be working with the incident, risk, clinical effectiveness and quality improvement teams in Maternity, Paediatrics and Gynaecology. The post holder could be based at either the Ipswich or Colchester site.


• Managing the process for providing Divisional showcase reports, and any ‘governance led’ external reports – to make sure these are produced in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Supporting with the timetable and administration of producing governance Deep Dives.
• Supporting the team in gathering any data for research purposes. Ensuring any information is accurate and up to date before sharing internally or externally
• Continually looking at ways to streamline and centralise processes to produce reports that can demonstrate change.
