Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Ophthalmology service provides a number of services across different settings in North London, including Edgware Community Hospital
Working in a friendly environment you will be responsible for the assessment and planning of care needs for Ophthalmic patients in a clinic setting.
Previous experience in Ophthalmology would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
In addition to the eye clinic at the Whittington hospital site, we also have ophthalmic clinics in other hospitals within the foundation trust and you may be expected to work there if needed.
Working in a team you will be responsible for assessing patients and preparing them for doctors assessment in clinics as well as working in nurse led clinics e.g. pre-operative assessment.
Please be aware you may be required to work at our other sites when needed
