Perhaps you’re considering kickstarting a career in education but would like to ‘test the water’ to see if teaching is for you?

A progressive 6 FE secondary school in Tameside hopes to attract a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to assist in supporting students for whom behaviour has become an issue. Confident candidates are required, sports or coaching backgrounds are welcomed, and any experience managing groups of children will be beneficial to the successful applicant. While some students at this secondary school struggle with their attitude to learning and ability to follow direction, there are no instances of violence, and the successful candidate will be trained on effective strategies and methods to manage behaviour.
