Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Leader, to join our team in a 3-day a week role (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday morning or afternoon)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of recruiters, providing them with the guidance and support they need to excel, in conjunction with playing a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent for our Trust.

About you:
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• You are a natural team leader, you inspire and motivate your team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• You will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of best practices
• You will be proficient in MS Office Suite and have a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• You have the ability to work on your own initiative, be pro-active & to work with accuracy and at pace, requiring excellent organisational and prioritisation skill

You will need to have the following qualifications:
• Knowledge of a full range of Business & Administration procedures acquired through NVQ Level 4 or proven practical experience
• RSA/OCR level III or equivalent
• Certificate in Personnel Practice or demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge and experience

Responsibilities of the role:
• Responsibility for the function of your team of Recruitment Assistants, including processing of job adverts, distributing workloads across team and ensuring arranging of interviews/selection events and ensuring the issuing of offer letters and contracts of employment.
• Previous experience of working with NHS Agenda for Change national terms and conditions is desirable, along with a good working knowledge of Trac, NHS Jobs and ESR (Employee Staff Record
• Supervision of Recruitment & Resourcing Assistants and Administrators including allocating work and ensuring compliance with timescales and monitoring of KPI’s
• Support in the development and training of the team, including appraisals and personal development plans. Undertaking 1-1’s within the team
• Support to services in progressing their recruitment plans, attendance and active participation at recruitment events and assessment centres.
