QUALIFIED NURSE (RGN/RMN)

Up to £22.60 per hour

My client is one of the leading healthcare providers the UK. They are looking for a Nurse to work night shifts in a purpose-designed building in Camden, London, close to local shops and amenities. There are excellent transport links with Chalk Farm Underground Station just a short walk away. The home has strong links with the local community providing opportunities to join interest groups and local events.

In this role you will:
• Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life
• Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our resident’s physical, social and psychological needs
• Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
• Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
• Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
For this post you must have:
• A nursing qualification and Valid NMC Pin
• Experience of working in a Nursing home
• Up to date clinical experience
• Knowledge of CQC standards
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to lead a care team
• The ability to work alternate weekends
