Position Overview:

Outdoor Makeover Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring that OMG's commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction is upheld throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers once their project has been accepted, maintaining open and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with an Accounts Administrator to manage daily operational tasks, including but not limited to ordering materials, stock management, and vehicle checks.

Coordinate project timelines, informing customers of project start and end dates, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Work alongside the Project Manager to facilitate smooth project execution, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise promptly.

Uphold OMG’s high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all clients.

Multitask efficiently across various aspects of the project, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, with the capability to think on your feet and find effective solutions to unexpected challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a project coordination role or similar, preferably within a relevant industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle potential issues with creativity and efficiency.

A team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also perform independently when required.

Familiarity with project management tools and software is highly desirable.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and upholding company standards.
