Summary
Lead the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with various mental health conditions, focusing on areas of expertise such as Adult ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and comprehensive support to patients. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations. Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop personalised treatment plans. Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities. Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and in-house CPD. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines set by regulatory bodies (e.g., GMC).
