Are you an inspirational, hard-working, excellent Teaching Assistant looking to collaborate with a strong team to deliver nurture and high-quality interactions to Early Years pupils? We are looking to appoint a Level 1 Teaching Assistant with minimum of two years’ experience in a registered early years setting. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about supporting the children in our early year’s settings to thrive, grow and develop on their learning journey. The post-holder will be part of an enthusiastic team and will have the drive and ability to support the children to improve outcomes. The successful candidate will provide support to teaching staff within the classroom, to engage children in their learning, during whole class carpet times and through unstructured times of learning through play. They may also be required to work 1:1 with individual students and lead small group reads and activities. Bluecoat Primary Academy offers 420 place from Reception to Year 6 with additional space in Nursery and a small Focus Provision for children with ASD.
