Summary
Our renowned knitwear manufacturer, is seeking a full-time permanent Factory Production Operative to join the team to operate the press.
Shifts: 3 Shift Rota, Monday to Friday
• 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
• 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Shift Allowance: Extra £2.00 per hour for unsocial hours worked before 7 am and after 7 pm
You must have your own transport due to the location.
Role Overview: As a Factory Production Operative, you will be operating the industrial clothes pressing machinery to ensure the highest quality finish for the garments. Your responsibilities will include:
• Operating industrial garment press machines
• Pressing and finishing various types of garments to meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Inspecting garments for defects or inconsistencies during the pressing process
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
