Summary
Lettings Negotiator
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 – 5:30
1 in 3 Saturdays 9:30 – 12:30

The Role:
• Carry out viewings
• Communicate with landlords and tenants
• Update landlords on marketing of properties, to keep them fully up to date with the progress
• Source new business
• Produce floor plans for marketing
• Upsell other services to clients such as landlord building insurance
• Administrative duties
• Upload property photos
• Review property advertisements
• Undertake training and development opportunities provided such as Negotiator training and ARLA training
Skills and Attributes:
• Lettings experience or experience in similar role – lettings administrator, coordinator or negotiator
• Driving licence – essential
• Excellent customer service
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Confident, self-motivated
• Highly organised and ability to work to deadlines
