Summary

Claims Handler

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Hybrid working

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of claims.
• Accurately check all the information on a claim and ensure accuracy throughout.
• Liaise with policyholders and experts to ensure accurate and timely settlement of claims.
• Be involved in all claim handling aspects.
• Site visits with loss adjusters.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience within claims handling or case handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communicator.
• Team player.
• Confident working independently.
