Are you passionate about bringing products to life? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Tate recruitment is working with a luxury designer brand who are searching for a temp Merch Administrator.

As a Merchandise Administrator, you will play a crucial role ensuring that merchandise operations run smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating inventory to managing orders, you will be at the forefront of the merchandise management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Process and fulfil orders promptly and accurately, meeting customer expectations for delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product optimisation and expansion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in merchandise administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills
