Our client is a market leading manufacturing business based in Coleshill. They are currently seeking a Machine Setter that would be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce niche end products.
Key Responsibilities – Machine Setter
• Setting up machinery before production begins
• Operating machinery during production runs, starting the production process, and monitoring machine operations.
• Monitoring machinery performance and watching for any signs of malfunction or deviations from manufacturing standards.
• Meeting quality control standards throughout the production process to ensure products meet certain standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of machine settings, production data, and quality inspection results
Qualifications & Requirements – Machine Setter
• Minimum of two years of experience in setting up equipment within the production environment
• Previous experience working with metal or forming products.
• Experience maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
