Fast Lane Motors Ltd is a busy independent workshop specialising in the servicing, MOT and repair of motor vehicles and HGV’S for private customers. We are currently looking for a bright, motivated and ambitious, hardworking individual to join our reception team.
You must have a keen, genuine, interest in dealing with our customers both in person and on the phone as you will be the first point of contact when they make an enquiry. You will assess customers' requirements and match their needs to our workloads and be responsible for keeping the customer updated with regards to progress of their vehicle when it is in the workshop.
This busy role will require excellent administrative and communication skills, the successful candidate must be computer literate and fully conversant with Windows based applications. You will be responsible for processing of job cards, and service sheets, obtaining order numbers and invoicing jobs when completed.
No experience in the motor trade is necessary as full training will be given.
Meet and greet customers.
Answering the phone to customers and dealing with their enquiries.
Updating customers throughout the day.
Creating job sheets / invoices and quotes.
Managing and tracking payments.
Organising workshop staff on a daily basis.
Ordering and returning parts through our suppliers.
Maintaining the diary
Hours of work, Monday to Friday 0800 to 16.30. (40 hours a week)
We offer a competitive salary, and 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
Candidate must like dogs.
