Summary

The post holder, as a member of the EPR Team, will plan, manage and prioritise a broad and complex range of projects, across all three WHTH sites that support service transformation and efficiency within the trust.

Supporting the change team to safely develop change within cerner working alongside key stakeholders ensuring the digital pathways are fit for purpose.

The Candidate will be working within the digital team as part of the wider Electronic patient records (EPR) team.

The candidate will be expected to develop credibility within the trust ensuring that projects to be delivered has consistent and transparent governance around them. Able to support and develop Policies and SOP’s (standard operating procedures) for digital pathways.

Has the skills to manage multi complex portfolios and working jointly with our domain partners. The candidate is expected to have some understanding of the EPR system that is used and the complexities that is involved within it.

The candidate will act as a deputy to the Head of EPR adoption & Optimisation in their absence and will support the digital training team so extend and deliver their scope of work. Good communication skills and comprehensive digital literacy are essential.

As part of the larger EPR team you will be expected to support EPR project go lives and be responsive to critical requests for training.

Core hours of the job are office hours, there will be some ability for flexible/hybrid working as per service demands.

The role is accountable to the the head of EPR adoption & Optimisation/Director of Transformation and the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO). Close professional relationships will be with EPR change team/Nursing information officer (NIO) and the wider Digital team.
