The role:
The SRAM Technical Centre Technician will be joining the SRAM Tech team, led by the SRAM Technical Centre Manager. This role represents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, rider focused and technically minded person to join us on the next part of our journey. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

• Processing, repairing, and servicing SRAM group products to SRAM’s expectations.
• Following SRAM’s technical documentation and service guides, using spare parts catalogues to identify parts.
• Daily use of CRM software, Outlook and Excel.
• Picking stock from the SRAM Technical Centre warehouse for warranty and service cases.
• Ensuring highly accurate data input using CRM system to enable parts and labour to be claimed back from SRAM..
• Provide professional telephone technical support to customers on all SRAM products.
• Answering emails efficiently and professionally.
• Achieve the company’s key performance indicator targets.
• Representing SRAM and ZyroFisher professionally at all times.







The requirements:
This is a fantastic opportunity which will suit an ambitious individual who is keen to learn and challenge best practice with new ways of thinking. You will be extremely organised, be deadline focussed and have a keen eye for detail.

Essential:

 Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiastic to learn and develop.
 Ability to work under pressure at times and effective at working to deadlines.

 Technically minded and hands on, with the ability to follow technical documents and service guides.

 Excellent IT, Communication and organisational skills.

 Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel.

Desirable:

 Strong problem-solving skills.

 Proactive, personable, and dynamic.

 CyTech trained.
