An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and motivated individual to join the organisation in the capacity of Temporary Staffing Admin Assistant.

The Temporary Staffing Service provides support to the whole organisation. We are a busy and committed team, who work closely together to deliver the best service possible to our wards and departments.

You will work as part of a large team, you will also be confident with using your own initiative whilst going that extra mile to give the best customer experience.

The successful candidate will; show initiative, be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, possess a high level a computer of literacy and have strong attention to detail as well as being good with numbers. Knowledge of temporary staffing processes and experience of working within the NHS in an office/administrative role would be an advantage.

The post holder will use a variety of systems to ensure that Bank and Agency Workers shifts are recorded and processed accurately whilst liaising with wards, departments and the Senior Nursing Team.
