Summary


Healthcare Assistant

Wheal Coates is a 21 bed inpatient Head and Neck / Vascular ward. The ward provides care to patients whose condition requires ENT, Maxillofacial, Ophthalmic and Vascular surgical or medical intervention, both electively and as an emergency. We have a very supportive multi professional team and you will be supported to achieve best patient outcomes.

Opportunities have arisen for Healthcare Support Workers who are energetic, forward thinking flexible and self-motivated individuals to join our team.

This post involves a variety of nights, weekdays and weekend shifts. The post holder must be able to work in a team and autonomously when required, and be committed to delivering care of a high standard to our patients. Experience in an acute healthcare setting would be an advantage.

You must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and undertake new skills.
