Summary

**Job Title: SEND Residential Support Worker - Complex Needs**

**Location: Exeter, United Kingdom**

**Salary: £13-£15 per hour**

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with complex needs? TeacherActive is currently seeking dedicated SEND Residential Support Workers to join our team in Exeter.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

- Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs in a residential setting.

- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.

- Implementing individual care plans and behavior management strategies.

- Supporting individuals to engage in recreational and social activities.

- Establishing positive relationships with residents, their families, and external professionals.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working in a residential setting with individuals with complex needs.

- Understanding of and ability to implement person-centered approaches to care.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
