If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate/junior to work as part of our Integrator property management team specialising in Energy Management and Sustainability for our large public-sector client.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the energy consumption of electricity, gas, oil, biomass, renewables, water and waste of all the commercial buildings on the estate.
- Answering all incoming calls and coordinate call outs for engineers
- Collect and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data on the Estate ready to present to clients.
- Support the delivery of Carbon Reduction Initiatives across the Estate and operations.
- Support the delivery of the Client’s Environmental Management System and embed Circular Economy principles across the Client’s Estate.
- Working alongside managers and liaising with sub-contractors regularly.
Personal specification
- A degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, science or energy-related, minimum grade 2:2)
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with client teams and stakeholders
- Excellent time management
- Strong analytical acumen.
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel
- Have a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
