We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team at b3 jobs. We are a leading recruiter within the Food Manufacturing sector and provide ethical, honest, expert services to the highest standards and pride ourselves on developing long term relationships with both clients and candidates.
About the Recruitment Consultant job
The role will suit someone with recruitment experienced gained within the Food Manufacturing or FMCG sector. You must have an excellent work ethic, with an entrepreneurial approach and a positive attitude, as well as the passion to make a real difference.
Key tasks
• Sourcing suitable candidates and conducting effective interviews.
• Providing outstanding service to both candidates and clients.
• Working on our CRM database to ensure data accuracy (training provided).
• Invest time in the growth of your portfolio and time in building your network, taking an entrepreneurial approach, bringing on your own work.
• Further development of relationships within organisations in your portfolio.
• Handling the full recruitment process from short-listing to placement.
About You
The successful candidate shall have experience recruiting for the food manufacturing / FMCG industry either in house or externally with a proven track record of building relationships and successfully recruiting.
• You shall be target-driven with the ability to work in a fully remote environment with a positive, can-do attitude and a disciplined approach to work duties, with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
• Experience using CRM software, with focus on accuracy and high attention to detail, good IT literacy and Microsoft office knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills with effective written and oral communication skills with a professional approach to interactions with both clients and candidates.
• The ability to think outside of the box and come up with new ideas.

The Recruitment Consultant job is based in East Sussex however offers a predominantly remote working schedule and is paying a competitive salary of c. £30,000 according to your experience.
