At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a stock control clerk to work with an important company in the Darlington area.
Shift Patterns:
- 2pm-10pm or 10pm - 6am Monday-Friday but would be required to be flexible to work weekends if needed.
Pay Rates
- PM rate: £12.50 per hour
- Night Rate: £13.94 per hour
As a Stock Control Clerk you will need to have:
- PC literate
- Flexible approach to performing other duties within the warehouse as requested by your line manager
- High level of numeracy
- Excellent time and attendance record
- Good teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work on your own
- Always demonstrate and maintain a high level of health and safety awareness around the warehouse, ensuring your own safety and the safety of others. Adopting the ASW, H&S Values: Always Safe at Work; think smart, think safe
Role of a Stock Control Clerk:
- Counting stock
- Slot maintenance
- Producing reports using excel
- Working closely with internal and external departments
- Stock control functions
- Picking and working pallets of stock for UAE
- Investigating issues and communicating this back to other company departments
