Summary

Marketing & Commercial Coordinator (FTC)

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: initially 12 month Fixe Term Contract, permanent role may be available after this period.

Duties:

Coordinating requirements for company attendance at tradeshows and exhibitions,
Liaison with sales teams and divisional contacts to ensure inclusion of products,
Purchase tickets, arrange passes, liaise with organisers to supply details of delegate and and ensure correct permissions are in place.
Manage promotional material, including ordering brochures and data sheets, liaise with sales teams to ensure correct content and submit materials to corporate marketing for multimedia output.
Liaise with designers and suppliers for ad hoc projects ensuring brand adherence.
Maintain image library.
Monitor and review group compliance policies and manage roll out across local division,
Prepare NDAs.

Experience:

Must have previous marketing or events coordination experience and a good level of business acumen.
Must have excellent communications skills and strong level of computer literacy.
Previous experience within he manufacturing sector is an advantage.

Salary: £27,500 - 30,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
