Looking for structured working hours Monday to Friday, working 1 Saturday per month with time off in lieu?
Residential Living Recruitment are recruiting a number of Customer Service based roles within Property. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business within the Residential sector.
Job Location: Ipswich
Portfolio Region: Ipswich - Norwich
Hours: Full time- Working 5 days, Monday to Saturday (at least one Saturday per month)
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum + Benefits
(Please note regular travel is required within your region. A valid driving license is required with access to your own car. Mileage is reimbursed at HMRC approved rates.)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents
Conduct property viewings within your region
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents
Coordinate community events
Escalate community issues to relevant departments
Collaborate with the maintenance helpdesk regarding maintenance and repairs
Proactively work on your own
Experience and Skills
Personality driven to engage with customers and residents
Experience working within hospitality / retail / property
Confident IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office applications and multiple business systems
Experience in customer service in a face-to-face environment
