An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Recruitment Team, we are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice to join our small but busy team.
You will be studying Customer Service Level 2 qualification and attend virtual tutor classes with Birmingham Metropolitan College
You will provide an effective and efficient administrative service to support the Recruitment Team and wider HR function.
There is a need to be able to work within a busy environment, prioritise workload with accuracy and to deadlines.
As a Recruitment Team we are the first contact received by candidates following a successful interview, we provide support to managers and candidates from the beginning to the end of the recruitment process.
• To undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of the team.
• To act as first point of contact for all general recruitment
• To provide cover for colleagues as appropriate when required.
• To provide customer focused services to users
• To engage with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders
