We’re looking for an experienced Room Leader to join the team as Senior Room Leader and third in charge. This role is supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager.
This exciting opportunity that would be perfect for someone looking to progress their Early Years career into nursery management. We’re looking for an inspiring and qualified Senior Room Leader who can bring energy and passion to their work, supporting the nursery management team to get the best out of the wider team. You’ll be a great communicator with parents, children and your team members.
To apply for this role, you will need to have a relevant qualification in early years – NNEB, NVQ Level 3+ (Childcare & Education), BTEC (Childcare) or equivalent, or higher qualification such as Foundation Degree or BA Hons in early years education or child development.
