This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Lecturer to join the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust’s renowned education provision in applied research and practice of systems-psychodynamic approaches to organisational leadership and consultancy. Specifically working on two of our flagship part-time programmes with national and international reputations: the Masters in Consulting and leading in organisations and the Professional Doctorate in Consultation and the organisation, both validated by University of Essex.
The post holder(s) will be involved in module leadership, teaching, practice and research supervision, personal tutoring and all aspects of course delivery and development within the portfolio. Please see the Job Description & Person Specifications.

As a single post, the applicant will have the knowledge and experience required to work flexibly across both the masters and doctoral level programmes. As a split post, they will have the knowledge and experience suitable to one or other of the programmes.
