Role Overview:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting schools during teacher absences, covering classes, and ensuring continuity of learning. Your adaptability, subject knowledge, and classroom management skills will be essential in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
- Building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Adapting to different school settings and student needs.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at the secondary level.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
