Summary

Location: Jupiter Hotels Ltd - Central Reservations Office

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are now seeking a Head of Central Reservations to manage an established reservations team based at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel who are responsible for a key cluster of hotels spanning the whole of the UK.

A day in the life of…

  • Driving operational excellence by fostering a strong customer service lead culture in the central team which comprises of 26 reservations specialists.
  • Leading and managing a team of senior team leaders to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to maintain high levels of service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • You'll ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload and making sure that the correct standards of service are maintained at all times for our hotels and end customers.

To be successful in this role... We're looking for a driven communicator, who has experience in managing teams within a busy inbound/outbound contact based environment or customer service centre of excellence.

Experience in reservations isnt essential, but you'll be a champion of stblishing a growing a strong team culture to drive performance and great results for our hotels.
