TeacherActive are currently looking for a flexible and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher for a Maldon based secondary school. This will be a permanent role from sept 2024 with an oppertunity to start before then, with experience teaching up to KS4. The school itself has a proven track record of long standing academic success as well as delivering excellence for their students in a supportive and caring environment.
The school is looking to take on a determined and passionate General cover teacher to join their forward-thinking and innovative team. The successful applicant must confidently manage and cover any classroom across both KS3/ KS4 and must be able to educate their students through engaging and dynamic learning.
The successful supply teacher will have the following skills:
• QTS, ECT or relevant experience.
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to each classroom.
• Strong classroom management skills
