Summary

We are looking for a Complex Mental Health Support Worker to support client’s within their own homes.

Pay rates - From £13 per hour PLUS Holiday Pay & Pension

Working hours – PART TIME between the hours of 0645am - 11pm with some weekend work.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE A MINMUM OF 6 MONTHS MENTAL HEALTH EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

As a mental health support worker you will be required to assist the clients with -

• Social & emotional support
• Helping maintain a habitable home
• Supporting in the local community, attending Mental Health appointments
• Developing and maintaining personal relationships
• Moving & handling
• Personal care

We’re looking for someone with a kind, compassionate and resilient nature to join a team of regular carers.

You should have previous experience with in a UK Care setting, either professionally as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, or you may have looked after a family member.

Skills and qualities required –

• Must be 18 or over
• Must be flexible and able to work within the hours of 6:45am – 11pm with some weekend work
