Summary

Our 2 Apart-Hotels are based in the heart of London – The Lincoln Suites in Holborn & Stow Away in Waterloo.

Both properties have together 74 suites & studio apartments which come fully equipped with everything our Guests will need to make themselves settle in and feel at home – a comfy bed, an efficiently designed kitchenette and space to unwind as well as laundry facilities on site.

The Lincoln Suites and Stow Away – Waterloo offers Guests a unique experience from traditional hotels. With us you will find somewhere that feels like a home. All our rooms have more living and working space than you would find in a conventional hotel Guest room. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, your core purpose will be:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Tasks includes –


Be thoroughly familiar with the hotel procedures and policies concerning reservations, room assignments, room charges, credit facilities and concierge.
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Takes ownership of any Guest complaints and uses techniques to ensure the Guest is satisfied.
Responsible for the hotel’s reputation via key hotel review sites, including, but not limited to Tripadvisor.com and organise follow up if necessary.
Emphasizes Guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
Interacts with Guests on a regular basis throughout the hotel to obtain feedback on the quality of products, service levels and overall satisfaction.
Assists and coordinates with Front Office reception to ensure consistent service.
Prepares and coordinates the distribution of Guest amenities, welcome letters, and gift setups for VIPs.
Lead daily meeting updates.
Actively participate in training and development programs and maximise opportunities for self-development.
Build and maintain positive relationships with all external & internal customers and Guests to anticipate their needs.
Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to explain and sell services and facilities to Guests.
Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel to recognize and respond to Guests.



To be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Recruit and train new Cycadettes, generate and approve rotas and holidays.
Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the General Manager.
Take part in Health and Safety meetings and report regarding security.
Familiarise yourself with our winning ways which link to the desired behaviours that we expect all our Cycadettes to display.
Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by the General Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.
Desire and ability to improve your knowledge and abilities through ongoing training.
Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures, and countries.
Support the General Manager with the day-to-day management of the building.


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:


Previous experience within a similar role within a hotel environment/serviced apartment.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Strong communicator and team management skills.
Ability to motivate team members to sustain exceptional levels of performance.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving, and demanding environment.
IT Literate.
Fluency in English.
A sense of humour.
