Sanctuary Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RMN or RNLD) to join a reputable healthcare facility situated at a hospital in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

Responsibilities:
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Contributing to the development of new services and care pathways
• Supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement within the service
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN as either RMN or RNLD, with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
• Demonstrable clinical expertise and a positive attitude towards change and quality improvement
• Ability to employ flexible and innovative approaches to practice
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
