Summary
Diabetes Specialist Nurse
A Fixed term position has arisen for an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse to work full time at Wexham Park Hospital.
Within the hospital setting you will be responsible for in patients with diabetes, and coordinating the treatment plans for patients diagnosed with Diabetes.
You should have current experience in diabetes and be flexible and proactive in your approach. You will be working with the DSN’s, ward nurses, practice /community nurses, Diabetologist, GP’s, dieticians and podiatrists.
