Brooklands Museum is the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation, and the home of Concorde. Located on the 30-acre site of
the world's first purpose-built motor racing circuit and the most productive aircraft factories in Europe in the twentieth
century, Brooklands Museum welcomes around 185,000 visitors each year. These are made up of members of the public, Brooklands
Members, VIPs, corporate hospitality guests and school groups.

We are currently looking for an Admissions and Retail Supervisor to join our current front of house team. You will support the "on
the day" admissions team to provide all visitors with an engaging welcome and a friendly goodbye, maximise income opportunities
through voluntary donations, gift aid on entry admissions and sales in the shop. You will be responsible for making sure the team
are always aware of what is happening at the museum and have a detailed knowledge of our events and retail products so they can
confidently impart this with visitors.




When covering as Supervisor you will work closely with staff from other departments you will ensure that you keep up to date with
developments in the museum including changes on our offer, new events and activities.




We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a retail or visitor operation with working knowledge of retail
best practice and great customer service within a target driven environment. You will need to have strong influencing and
negotiation skills and the ability to foster and maintain successful working relationships with both colleagues and contacts.
