Summary
We are seeking to employ permanent and bank staff to work for our service providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities in our supported living units in Newbury. You will support our clients and work closely with other professional, nominated persons, family and carers to promote choice, independence, self-development and community participation.
Flexible contracts, 2 days per week, 3 days per week, 4 days per week, 5 days per week and 6 days per week – all designed to fit around your existing commitments.

Our staff can never say that they are bored as every day is different. When supporting our clients, you will join them on activities including bowling, swimming, cycling, cinema, music and movement, drumming, theme parks and even the odd trip away, plus many more.
You will be reliable, flexible, conscientious and have a positive outlook towards supporting people with learning disabilities. Experience working with people with learning disabilities is preferred but not essential as training is provided.
