Summary

We have an exciting opportunity in the Faculty of Science for a Faculty IT Team Leader to compassionately lead a motivated
team of IT Technicians to deliver high levels of performance and outstanding customer service.

As the ultimate escalation point, the Faculty IT Team Leader ensures the team meets the diverse, specialised and often
complex IT requirements of the Faculty. With substantial expertise and knowledge, the role involves providing expert advice and support across various business, research and teaching activities.

Effective planning, deployment, configuration and maintenance of general and specialised IT equipment and services is
crucial. Close collaboration with IT Services is vital in adhering to and championing centralised policies, particularly in relation
to procurement, cyber and information security and asset management. Striving for service excellence, the Faculty IT Team Leader consistently supports the team to provide unparalleled levels of customer service and IT support to meet the needs and objectives of the Faculty of Science.
