Summary

Purdy Contracts Ltd, part of Kinovo Plc, have opportunities for an experienced Electrician with multi trade skills to join our new team covering Dereham, Norfolk.

You will be working on our responsive maintenance/void contracts for social housing providers with the main purpose of the role to deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner whilst providing a first class service to our customers and clients.

    • Plastering
    • Painting and Decorating
    • Minor brickworks
    • General building skills

    You will:

      • Have experience of working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works (Local Authority/Social Housing sector including occupied homes and voids a distinct advantage.)
      • A full UK driving licence (company van and uniform provided)
      • A professional and flexible approach to your working day
      • NVQ/AM2
      • 18th Edition
      • Testing and Inspection Certificate

      Package & Benefits

        • 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
        • £35,000k - £40,000k per annum DOE
