This is a fabulous and exiting opportunity to be part of the leadership of the Barnet General Hospital Psychiatric Liaison Team Manager.

The roles will be supported by a robust leadership structure which will encourage professional development for those seeking to expand their clinical experience.

The Mental Health Liaison Team manager will lead and support staff members within the BGH Liaison Team and other members of the multidisciplinary teams, facilitating and developing innovative ways of working. The post holder will provide strong professional, clinical, operational leadership and management to support the further development of integrated care within the Barnet Liaison Team. They will lead by example and be expected to spend a proportion of their time supporting high quality clinical care within the Liaison Team. The post holder will also offer support to the North Middlesex University Hospital Psychiatric Liaison Team when required.
