The day to day & your experience
With your proven housekeeping experience, and a keen eye for detail you will ensure the daily cleanliness of the Home is exceptional and reflects our luxury surroundings.
Talented in leading a team, you are passionate to inspire and lead your team to achieve & exceed the highest standards within company guidelines.
As you work, you will support residents to preserve and promote their independence, dignity and privacy alongside a fulfilling lifestyle.
You will have a strong understanding of the correct products used for each task and ensure that you have processes in place so all products are secured away from residents and disposed of in accordance with COSHH regulations.
You understand the importance of ensuring your team work within allocated risk assessments.
You’ll be talented in building strong & fulfilling relationships with your Majesticare team our residents, families, friends & within the local community.
Praise and recognition is how you work. You thrive in leading your team to the very best that they can be.
You will ensure both yourself and your team are always up to date with the required training.
As part of the role, you may be required to work regular weekends.
This role will is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act and will be subject to an advanced criminal record check (DBS)
