Summary
We are a Spanish restaurant with an emphasis on seasonal & fresh, good quality produce in the centre of Preston, Lancashire. We are looking for a chef to join team and grow with the business.
This job is ideally suite to someone who wants to push themselves and work with some beautiful produce. We are currently aiming for awards and want someone who will help achieve this or be happy working in a team that is pushing for this.
Whilst we don't require you to know Spanish or how to cook Spanish food it would be advantageous if you do.
Work life balance and mental health are important to us and we currently offer a 3/4 day working week. As a chef you will be required to work evenings and weekends. This is non-negotiable.
