Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate retail sales teams to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.
-Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
-Ensure compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
-Manage inventory, schedules, stock audits and store operations efficiently.
-Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
-Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
-Previous retail management experience, preferably in the vape industry.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-In-depth knowledge of vape products and UK regulations will be an added advantage.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
-Proficiency in POS systems, G Suite and MS Office.
