We are looking for high calibre, self-driven and competent Case Managers to join our rapidly growing team! As a Case Manager your main responsibility will be to oversee the administration of clients approved IVA’s and to ensure that all regulatory duties and obligations are maintained. Challenging targets and rewarding pay along with great career progression opportunities. We always look to promote from within! We are expecting you to be professional, and trustworthy and to be able to work independently.
Duties and responsibilities
Dealing with general queries from the debtor via telephone and email
Liaising with Debtors, Creditors and Third parties
Ensuring Modifications are dealt with in a timely manner
Conducting Income and Expenditure reviews and discussing the outcome with the debtor
Calculating and requesting Additional Income
Monitor accounts on a daily basis and chase the declined payments
Process payments and refunds and resolve any billing issues
Putting catch up arrangements in place for debtors that are in arrears
Conducting Annual Reviews & issuing them in a timely manner
Issuing a Notice of Breach where required
Drafting and issuing variation documents
Drafting and issuing Completion and Termination reports
Registering and removing restrictions where applicable
Monitoring and dealing with various inboxes
Ad Hoc duties where required
Qualifications and requirements
Proven experience as an IVA Case Manager is preferable but not essential
A detailed knowledge of personal Insolvency is essential
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Knowledge of Financial Solutions
Positive and Motivated individual
