Summary
A|RICS|SURVEYOR is an innovative residential surveying company which specialises in providing tailored pre-purchase RICS Home Surveys, Housing Disrepair Surveys and Residential Valuations.
Location and working hours:
• Home Based/Remote
• Part-Time Role with flexible working hours - Minimum 20 hours per week
Salary:
• 12-15k per annum
Responsibilities:
• Answer customer enquiries over the phone and e-mail
• Achieve defined sales targets
• Take and process customer orders and payments
• Raise invoices and deal with paperwork
• Update customer records
• Provide after-sales support
• Input information into a client database
Skills and Knowledge:
• Sales experience essential
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to sell products and services
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to learn
• IT literate (particularly with MS Excel)
• An understanding of GDPR is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience. A good understanding of GDPR is preferred. However, this is not essential and full training will be provided.
Qualities expected of the postholder include excellent communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to work independently. As well as being trustworthy, reliable self-motivated and driven.
