Well-known bank in their real estate division, recruiting to bring on multiple Credit Officers for an initial 6 month day rate contract.
5 years relevant experience with credit proposals.
Well-known bank in their real estate division, recruiting to bring on multiple Credit Officers for an initial 6 month day rate contract.
You'll be responsible for:
* Working on credit proposals
* Business requests
* keeping on top of existing books
* Liaise with front line colleagues and stakeholders
* Basic financial modelling
* Portfolio hygiene/Credit monitoring
* Clients that are high risk
To be successful, you'll need:
* 5 years relevant experience as a credit analyst
* Experienced with credit proposals
* Experienced of using Bloomberg and SMP would be advantageous
* Experienced in global listed sector
