Repairs Planner (L3Z1)

Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Repairs Planner (L3Z1). As a Repairs Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of repair processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing repair plans, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely completion of repairs. You will also be responsible for monitoring repair progress, tracking costs, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

The successful candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and the ability to work well under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities
Develop repair plans and schedules based on client requests and priorities
Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to ensure availability of parts and materials for repairs
Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Track repair costs and maintain accurate records of repair activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Provide technical support to technicians and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the repair process
Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs to ensure compliance with established standards
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize repair processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in repair planning, preferably in a similar industry
Strong understanding of repair processes and knowledge of repair tools and equipment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of computer software and systems, including repair management software
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay Per Hour: £19.25
