We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Works Co-ordinator to join our team. As the Works Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of various works projects. This includes overseeing project timelines, communicating with team members, and monitoring project progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As the Works Co-ordinator, you will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to manage and prioritize works projects. You will be responsible for ensuring project requirements are clearly defined, coordinating schedules, and monitoring project budgets. Additionally, you will be instrumental in sharing project updates and status reports with key stakeholders and assisting with problem-solving as issues arise. Responsibilities
Coordinate and prioritize works projects, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined
Monitor project timelines and proactively address any potential delays or challenges
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track
Manage project budgets and expenses, reporting any deviations or variances
Prepare regular project updates and status reports for key stakeholders
Assist with the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure projects are meeting established standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in a project coordination or management role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of construction or works project management is highly desirable

End Time: 17:00
