Summary
We are currently looking for a experienced Handy Man/Women to join our property management team based in West Heath, South Birmingham
We are a well-established Care Home. We pride ourselves in being able to offer stable, long-term employment in the area!
The ideal candidate will be someone who has maintenance experience or has come from a maintenance/construction background or an individual who can turn their hand to anything and has an employment history to prove so.
We are happy to support induvial who might want to consider training up for the role.
What you'll be doing:
As a general handyman your duties will be varied and could include anything from odd jobs, basic electrical works, groundskeeping, painting & decorating residents’ bedrooms, basic plumbing and general maintenance within the care home. Job Role is varied.
Hours:
The hours do vary (very flexible) and are open for discussion upon interview. Ideally 8am – 3pm
