Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) SSP (Site Safety Plus) Trainer to join our team. The CITB SSP Trainer will play a key role in delivering comprehensive training sessions designed to enhance safety awareness and compliance within construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct CITB SSP training sessions in accordance with established curriculum guidelines and industry standards.
- Provide engaging and interactive instruction on topics such as health and safety, environmental awareness, risk assessment, and more.
- Adapt training techniques and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and participant backgrounds.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:
- CITB-approved SSP Trainer qualification or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience delivering CITB SSP training programs to construction industry professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices relevant to the construction sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate trainees.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and travel requirements, as needed.
